House rules

We ask that you take your shoes off at the door and try to leave our home as tidy as you found it. If you are bringing guests under the age of 18 we ask they be supervised at all times. Because we have neighbors in a close proximity (we are in between 2 residential church run buildings) we ask that you enjoy yourselves but be mindful of your neighbors and aware of your noise level.

The number of individuals allowed in your suite at any given time are the number you have booked in your reservation (unless otherwise pre-approved by your host). Violation of this rule may be grounds for surrender of your damage deposit. There is absolutely no smoking inside of the house, and illegal drug use is prohibited on the Howard Hardy House premises.

If you require something for your stay (or would like us to stock your fridge in advance), let us know and we will try to accommodate. If you need a recommendation for a meal or activity during your stay, ask and you shall receive our best advice and counsel. If there is something wrong with our house or questions arise, let us know! We want you to enjoy your stay and come back. When in doubt, reach out! Hosts are available throughout the day and night for the majority of questions you have arise. Safety first and then teamwork!

Most importantly, have fun, explore, and enjoy Louisville and all it has to offer.

Cheers,

The Howard Hardy House team
